Find Success

• Stuck between what you want and what you’re actually doing about it?
  • Sometimes it feels like we work against ourselves. The pull toward the goal is there. You can feel it. But something keeps it just out of reach.
• What we need is to reconnect the mind with our physical and spiritual selves.
  • When we act in Ritual, we engage all three. Body, mind and spirit, aligned and called forward toward what we’re reaching for.

Why Ritual?

• Ritual is the conscious act of gathering and arranging your space to achieve the desired results.
  • By acting in ritual, we are engaging with our full selves; Body, mind and spirit, aligning your energy to consciously manifest your goal.

Grounded in Science

• Ritual works because attention works. Cultures across the world arrived at the same tools independently: focused breath, repetition, movement, scent, sound. Psychology has spent the last century catching up to what tradition already knew.
• Setting an intention is one thing. Acting on it with your whole body is another. Structured practice changes where our attention goes, and attention shapes what we notice, what we pursue, and what we believe ourselves capable of.
• Ritual is what turns an intention into an act. That is the whole distance between wanting a thing and moving toward it.
• The spiritual work and the psychological work are not in competition. They are the same act, described in two languages.

Rooted in Tradition

• Shamanism, Medicine men/women, and nature based spiritual based healing practices are described and documented by cultures around the globe.
• Every belief system will have varying traditions and customs that make each unique. The art of intentional use of herbs, music and movement in a meditation to achieve a trance like state is central to accessing the spiritual ability and achieve the manifested results.
  • This ritual-based meditation is referred to as the Shamanic Trance State.
• By harnessing the power of the Shamanic Trance State, Kaitlin uses her intuitive ability to guide her clients in using a Ritual and meditation practice to reach the spiritual gifts within themselves to tap into their own intuition and manifest the bridge between you and your goals.
